This is my second week of summer vacations and I’m still at the sea chasing the sun and bathing as much as possible, but my summer shopping days haven’t gone yet!
My latest purchase is a super cool bikini by Sücrette, that I bought at their concept store in Lecce, my town.
I discovered this brand by chance and for me, it can be synthesized as a mix of French taste and high quality Italian manufacture.
It has nothing to share with most of the commercial swimwear you can find around, first of all because they do panties and not just thongs! Another thing (and this is miraculous).. you can cover your boobs with an S size when you are an S size!!! This fact is unusual for me, since over these last years I had to wear M or L just not to seem naked in my S proportions..!
So, once tried on this marvelous and right sized bikini, I also found it gave me what I call the fin
esse française I was searching for. It’s all about looking simply perfect without being compressed and unnaturally inflated!
The emerald-green of my model is just fantastic and it’s delicious over the tan. The fabric is also really light and soft, and the brand has an interesting environmental policy (have a look to the label).
Then, every piece is completely handmade and you know, Italian Manufacture is always the best quality guarantee, because it’s so true.. Italians do it better!!! 🙂
Questa è la mia seconda settimana di vacanze e sono sempre qui al mare ad inseguire il sole e fare quanti più bagni è possibile, ma i miei giorni di shopping non sono ancora arrivati al termine!
Il mio ultimo acquisto è un bellissimo bikini di Sücrette, comprato nel concept store di Lecce, la mia città.
Ho scoperto questo brand per caso e per me è stata una rivelazione. Per sintetizzare, trovo che si possa parlare di un mix dal gusto francese e dalla qualità artigianale tipicamente italiana.
Non ha niente a che vedere con la maggior parte dello swimwear più diffuso e commerciale, prima di tutto perché fanno slip e non solo tanga! Un’altra cosa ( che ha del miracoloso)… è che le taglie sono “in tabella”, quindi se siete una S potrete acquistare tranquillamente una S!!! Viene da sorridere, ma negli ultimi anni, pur essendo matematicamente una S, ho dovuto spesso acquistare delle M o delle L per avere la giusta vestibilità!
Così, appena indossato questo meraviglioso bikini, ho trovato quella che chiamo finesse française ( la cercavo da un po’). Tutto sta nell’avere un aspetto magnifico senza sembrare compresse e con “gonfiori” innaturali!
Il verde smeraldo del mio modello è fantastico e con l’abbronzatura è ancora meglio. Anche il tessuto è davvero morbido e leggero; inoltre il brand ha una politica ambientale interessante ( date uno sguardo all’etichetta).
E per finire, ogni articolo è realizzato a mano e come tutti sappiamo, l’artigianato italiano è sempre la migliore garanzia di qualità, perché è proprio vero… Italians do it better!!! 🙂

They’re Demo and Tono, two young designers born in a totalitarian Country and living in the same freed Country who know well the concept of uniform and freedom, so they could create their items from the idea of a “destructured uniform”.
Their pieces are 100% fashion because of the originality, the care in details and the surprising design, and at the same time, they are beyond all this things for their big big big communication capability. The manufacturing of these gorgeous clothes gives the idea that they passed through a war and won it.
They’re alive.

Solo un piccolo post per farvi scoprire questa magnifico duo di designers bulgari, che hanno creato il brand DEMOBAZA. Sono Demo e Tono, due giovani stilisti nati in un Paese totalitario e residenti nello stesso Paese, ora libero, che conoscono bene il concetto di uniforme e quello di libertà, così hanno creato vestiti partendo dall’idea di “uniforme destrutturata”.
I loro pezzi sono 100% fashion per l’originalità, la cura nei dettagli e ed il sorprendente design, e nello stesso momento, sono oltre tutto questo per la grande, grande, grande capacità di comunicazione. La lavorazione di questi bellissimi capi da l’idea che siano passati attraverso una guerra e che l’abbiano vinta.
Sono vestiti vivi.

I’ve never considered jumpsuits as interesting clothes and, as a matter of fact, I still haven’t got any into my wardrobe.
Definitely, I can tell you I was wrong!
As a proof, now I realized there are some amazing pieces that can make you look flawless and extremely cool, provided that you have to choose the right model! The three jumpsuits I chose today are made of silk, that is one of the best fabric to give a sense of lightness, agility and elegance.
Now, if you are a ‘banana‘ shaped, that means you have a straight body, the first jumpsuit in light blue, could enhance the hips you don’t have and make ou more curvy and feminine thanks to the knotted panel on the hips.
On the contrary the color block model in the center is good for both bananas and hourglass shapes (aka mediterranean shape), since it marks the waistline, thus enhancing and giving shape to the right curves. Furthermore, this model is lighter coloured on the top, so it’s also good for people with little shoulders or little boobs because the brighter color makes your bust look wider!
Finally, the hippie model on the left has a print that I adore and it’s a good compromise for apple bodies, also known as V shape or triangle downward bodies. In this case you will easily see that the jumpsuit has a triangular shape, it’ goes enlarging from hips to toes while it’s smaller on the shoulders, so it rebalances the whole ‘apple’ figure!

Non ho mai considerato interessanti le tute ed infatti, non ne ho nemmeno una nel mio guardaroba. Quindi, posso dire con certezza di aver sbagliato!
Finalmente ho capito che ci sono alcuni capi fantastici che possono farci sembrare perfette ed estremamente cool, a condizione che il modello sia quello giusto! Le tre tute che ho scelto oggi sono in seta, uno dei migliori tessuti per regalare un senso di leggerezza, agilità ed eleganza.
Ora, per chi ha un corpo “a banana”, cioè completamente dritto e con forme impercettibili, il modello ideale sarebbe il primo, stampato in azzurro, perché il panenllo di stoffa poggiato sui fianchi ed annodato sotto l’ombelico, riesce a creare volume proprio sulla zona “carente”, rendendo il corpo più morbido e femminile.
Al contrario, Il color Block al centro va bene sia per le “bananas” che per le “clessidre” ( le cosiddette forme mediterranee), perché i colori si incontrano sul punto vita, definendolo e definendo le “giuste” curve. Inoltre, questo modello, con la parte superiore più chiara, va bene anche per le ragazze con spalle e seni piccoli, infatti essendo più lumoso, il busto sembrerà più ampio!
Infine, il modello hippie sulla sinistra ( ha una stampa che adoro) è un buon compromesso per i corpi ” a mela”, anche detti a V o a triangolo rovesciato, per via delle spalle larghe. In questo caso, si vede chiaramente che la tuta ha una forma triangolare, infatti tende ad allargarsi dalla vita in giù, mettendo poco in rislato le spalle, in modo da riequilibrare l’intare figura!
